The Site.
This Site is operated by Alpha Flight Academy, located at Plymouth Municipal Airport in Plymouth, Indiana. It provides general information about our flight training programs, fleet, and partnership with Maloy Aircraft. Information on the Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to provide training services.
Enrollment and training services.
Any flight training services we provide are governed by a separate enrollment agreement signed at the time of enrollment. Nothing on this Site creates a contract for training. Pricing, program durations, and availability shown on the Site are estimates and subject to change.
Acceptable use.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with the Site's normal operation, scrape it at high volume, or run automated tools that degrade performance.
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
Intellectual property.
The Site's text, images, logos, and design — including the Alpha Flight gold-A mark — are the property of Alpha Flight Academy or its licensors. You may view, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish any portion of the Site without our written permission.
Aircraft photography, instructor likenesses, and student testimonials are used with permission and may not be redistributed.
Third-party links.
The Site may link to external resources (e.g., Maloy Aircraft, our hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
No warranties.
The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the information shown. Flight training involves inherent risk; nothing on this Site is a substitute for in-person instruction or current regulatory guidance from the FAA.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Flight Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Changes to these terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marshall County, Indiana.
